Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Furniture / Sales / Manufacturing Roles & Responsibilities • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand. • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and generate leads. • Prepare tailored presentations and proposals for prospective clients. • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals. • Track performance against sales targets and provide regular sales forecasts and reports. • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across the UK furniture market. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. The ideal Candidate • Proven experience in a business development, sales, or account management role, preferably in the furniture, interiors, or homeware sectors. • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and pursue profitable opportunities. • Experienced selling furniture • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently. • Willingness to travel across the UK as needed. • Full UK driving licence.
