Regional Recruitment are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to assist with the daily operations within our Recruitment Teams. This entry‑level position is perfect for someone who is organised, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. By the end of the apprenticeship, you will have developed a strong foundation in Business Administration, and for the right candidate we would like to extend to a permanent placement within the business.
Role Overview
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of the organisation's daily operations. This is a hands‑on learning role where you will develop essential administrative, organisational, and communication skills while working towards a recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer phone calls, take messages, and connect calls to relevant departments
* Provide office support to both employees and clients, ensuring compliance is met for the department, and interact with clients to build strong relationships
* Perform compliance checks (e.g. Right to Work checks)
* Create and post job adverts
* Ensure correct data is held within our CRM system
* Use CRM and ATS systems to identify talent
* Assist with payroll queries and timesheets
* Check, update and send terms of business for your department
* Update rate cards on our CRM system
* Educate clients about services and products provided by the business
