The Group People strategy focuses on Executive Talent, team member Engagement, and a framework for Reward, working closely with local teams across Europe. Reporting to the Group People Director, the Group Senior People Manager leads leadership and talent strategies, sets and monitors engagement frameworks, and acts as HR Business Partner to Group Senior Leaders, including the Group CEO and CFO.
Leadership Development & Talent
Identify and develop a Group-wide talent pool for future executives.
Collaborate with banners to identify and develop high potential senior talent.
Lead the Group-wide engagement strategy, including overseeing the annual opinion survey.
Develop engagement capabilities and report on engagement status to senior executives.
Act as a strategic advisor to Group Senior Leadership on talent, performance, recruitment, succession, learning, and organizational design.
Apply expertise in talent management and engagement, developing trust and collaboration.
Provide leadership development and coaching, balancing daily operations with strategic planning.
