Overview
The Shared OSS Technical Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the technical delivery of transformation projects within the shared OSS domain, coordinating stakeholders across different teams and partner organisations. This role ensures project plans are aligned to the wider company objectives and delivery teams operate with clear objectives and milestones.
Responsibilities
* Lead the technical delivery of transformation projects within the shared OSS domain, coordinating stakeholders across internal teams and partner organisations.
* Manage inbound demand from external partners, maintain strong relationships to ensure delivery performance, and govern contractual alignment and realisation of business value.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful delivery of Network initiatives.
* Coordinate senior stakeholders and manage internal and external communications to ensure transparency, alignment, and achievement of strategic objectives.
* Ensure efficient financial management and planning; manage relationships with vendors and external partners to ensure delivery excellence and contractual compliance.
Qualifications
* Ability to establish and maintain comprehensive project artefacts.
* Credible and effective communicator and influencer, able to work with stakeholders to agree, prioritise and drive forward a wide range of requirements.
* Demonstrable experience in managing technical projects, coordinating stakeholders across different teams and partner organisations.
* Strong understanding of OSS and IT technology with a good understanding of mobile network architecture and relevant processes in network design, deployment and operations.
* PRINCE2 Practitioner Certified – or equivalent
