Join the Willmott Dixon team in the Yorkshire (Morley Office) as a Quantity Surveyor and play a key role in delivering brilliant buildings, transforming communities, and leaving a positive legacy across the region.
We’re looking for a confident communicator with strong procurement experience to provide commercial support across a range of exciting projects in Education, Leisure, Health, Blue Light, Commercial, and Industrial sectors.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure projects are delivered within budget and to the highest quality, exceeding customer expectations.
2. Work closely with the project team and senior commercial staff to ensure budgeted targets are met.
3. Establish strong working relationships with supply chain, consultants, and customers.
4. Accurately value, certify, and issue payment notices for supply chain partners in accordance with contract arrangements.
5. Manage the procurement of work packages from our proven supply chain partners in line with company standards and requirements.
6. Ensure external valuations are submitted in accordance with conditions of the main contract and that payments are received by the due date.
7. Complete cost value comparison (CVC) reports to accurately reflect the current position on site and the final projection.
