Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday
Salary: Up to £13.50 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience) plus £500 welcome bonus
About our nursery:
Supporting our local community is very important to us. We regularly visit a nearby residential home for dementia patients and actively fundraise for various local charities, nurturing a strong sense of community and belonging in our children.
We love helping our children connect with nature through our wonderful outdoor spaces, which provide a rich learning environment full of opportunities to explore, play, and discover the natural world.

About the role:
As a Senior Nursery Practitioner (Room Leader) you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:
* Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
* Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
* Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments
About you:
* A true love for child development and care
* Able and willing to work in a team
* Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents
* High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity
* Role modelling remarkable practice with the intent to support others around you [mgnt roles]
* Knowledge of the EYFS framework
Must haves:
* Early Years qualification at Level 3
* Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
