You’ll be joining our Marketing Team within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).
* The role is permanent and full time
* Hybrid working arrangements - one day a week from the Support Centre

Your role as Senior Marketing & CRM Manager
You’ll be:
* Oversee all patient marketing and communications both internally and externally
* Develop and implement online and offline marketing strategies including digital marketing campaigns
* Manage paid digital campaigns
* Lead and execute website SEO strategies
* Analyse and optimise campaign performance for ROI
* Implement CRM best practices across email, SMS, and letters
* Maintain patient database ensuring data integrity and compliance
* Analyse customer data and market trends for growth opportunities
* Support social media efforts and paid social campaigns
* Project manage national projects with internal teams
* Monitor and develop in-practice marketing such as TV screens, print, and local marketing
Strategy & Planning
* Develop and track marketing calendar
* Enhance marketing strategies and plans
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
* Manage marketing budgets for ROI
* Ensure compliance with branding and copyright regulations
* Support marketing training and maintain brand consistency
Leadership & Management
* Manage two Marketing Managers
* Inspire innovation and keep abreast of trends
* Share strategies and results with the team
* Manage agency relationships
Skills and Experience
* Experienced marketing professional with stakeholder management skills
* Proven senior marketing management experience
* Knowledge of lead generation, digital marketing, CRM
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills
* Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
* Experience with CRM systems, Google Analytics, Dotdigital, Brightedge
