Hays are recruiting an Office Administrator on behalf of our client, a respected building servicespany based in Omagh. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growingpany and team.
Your new role
As Office Administrator, you will report to senior management and provide a high level of administrative support to the office. You will be responsible for managing iing phone calls and enquiries, email correspondence, managing Outlook calendars, organising meetings and events when required, making travel arrangements, ordering office supplies,pleting administration and data entry tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
As Office Administrator, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role. You will be proficient in Microsoft suite and confidentmunicating with people at all levels via verbal and written forms.
