What you’ll be doing
As a Kitchen Sales Designer, success comes from truly understanding what customers want and converting that into sales. You will listen, showcase what we can offer, and confidently guide them through their entire journey with expertise and care. The role involves building trust, collaborating with colleagues, closing deals and delivering results while creating kitchens using CAD software that customers will love for years to come.

Responsibilities
* Drive and deliver profitable sales and fantastic customer service; build strong long‑term connections with trade customers and homeowners.
* Build a strong customer base to meet targets, working closely with Travis Perkins colleagues, including Field Sales.
* Use product knowledge and design skills to create bespoke kitchen designs that meet and exceed customer expectations.
* Engage with trade customers and homeowners to understand projects and maximise sales.
* On‑site visits to homes or building sites to create inspirational designs on CAD at the branch and present them to clients.
* Ensure safety by following all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
* Full valid UK driving licence with business insurance.
* Demonstrated capability to achieve and outperform sales and profit targets, supported by strong delivery against role‑specific KPIs.
* Detail‑oriented, organised, determined to achieve results with a focus on planning and execution.
* Great communication skills to connect with homeowners and tradespeople.
* Approachable, positive personality that makes customers feel valued; customer‑facing confidence to hold financial conversations and ask for the sale.
* No industry experience needed – transferable skills, passion for driving profitable sales and delivering outstanding customer service.
