Medical Receptionist - Osborne Park - Full Time - Experience required

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist for our Osborne Park clinic. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a healthcare setting and a commitment to providing high-quality administrative support.
Hours: 7.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage patient bookings using Best Practice software
2. Process patient paperwork (faxing, scanning, emailing)
3. Coordinate pre-employment medicals and occupational health services
4. Answer multiple phone lines efficiently
5. Handle billing and accounts (HICAPS and EFTPOS)
6. Manage results and correspondence
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in a busy medical reception role
* Experience with Occupational Health and Pre-Employment Medicals is advantageous
* Professional presentation and attitude
* Ability to build positive stakeholder relationships
* Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficiency with Best Practice or similar software
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
* Full working rights in Australia
* Current Police Clearance
