The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week

This role includes managing 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching—specialist areas requiring a dedicated point of contact. The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, with strong communication skills, capable of planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
The role supports our global clients across all media. It demands high competency in project management, multitasking, and meeting diverse deadlines. Effective planning, record keeping, proactive organization based on business priorities, and clear communication with team members and managers are essential to ensure quality and timeliness.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from any business area, plan, and oversee delivery of all image assets.
* Develop positive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment.
* Understand client challenges to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions.
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
* Assess the feasibility of briefs based on requirements, resources, and timelines.
* Gain thorough knowledge of client systems, review, and production processes.
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, with clear job status updates.
* Keep team members informed of project statuses.
* Motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
* Ensure briefs are accurate and detailed.
* Coordinate with brief owners to ensure all assets are available for timely delivery.
* Act as communication link between the Image team and other departments.
* Manage account systems, including raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance work.
* Obtain approval for estimates before work begins.
* Ensure invoices are issued promptly and accurately.
Skills
Requires 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. An interest in CG and photography is beneficial. A willingness to learn team software to better understand processes and timings is advantageous. Personal qualities include decision-making ability, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, a positive attitude, and a 'can-do' spirit.
