The ideal candidate will assist with all aspects of landscape construction and maintenance, working closely with our skilled tradespeople to deliver exceptional outdoor environments. Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the preparation and construction of landscaping projects, including:
* Laying turf, planting, and soil preparation
* Paving, retaining walls, decking, and fencing
* Drainage and irrigation installation
* Site clean-up and maintenance
* Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
* Load and unload materials and equipment as required
* Follow site plans and supervisor directions accurately
* Ensure compliance with all company safety procedures and site regulations
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
