Responsibilities
* Monitor entry and exit points to ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises.
* Manage crowd control during busy periods, ensuring that patrons are admitted in an orderly manner.
* Provide first aid assistance when necessary and maintain a calm demeanour in emergency situations.
* Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as required.
* Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage to property.
* Maintain accurate records of incidents, including any actions taken during security breaches or disturbances.
* Uphold high standards of customer service while enforcing rules and regulations.
Experience
* Previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is preferred but not essential.
* Certification in first aid or similar training is highly desirable.
* Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patrons and staff alike.
* A professional appearance and attitude, demonstrating reliability and integrity at all times.
