You'll work closely with our catering team to ensure every dish is a masterpiece while maintaining our reputation for outstanding service. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organise, and direct food preparation and cooking to enhance our quality reputation. Take a hands-on approach to food production, covering employee dining and pop-up events. Lead a passionate team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. Ensure compliance with food safety, Health & Safety, and COSHH regulations. Monitor kitchen costs and implement budgetary controls. Who You Are: Our ideal Head Chef will have: Proven experience in a Head Chef role, managing large-scale catering while maintaining a personal touch.
