We are recruiting Graduates for our Mobility Transport Planning teams with opportunities across multiple locations. We want you to join a collaborative, leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy and contribute to a diverse range of clients and projects.

Our Mobility - Transport Planning teams take a people and place-based approach to consider mobility for all parts of society. We collaborate with clients across the UK to develop effective and sustainable strategies that deliver positive social, environmental, and economic outcomes. What our Mobility Teams include
Transport Planning: Shape the future of cities by contributing to sustainable travel systems. For graduates, this role combines data analysis, creativity and collaboration to deliver meaningful change in how people, goods and services move.
Day-to-day activities could include a range of tasks in data analysis, project planning and stakeholder engagement, decarbonisation and future mobility, policy development, and innovation and research.
* Data Analysis: Collect and analyse transportation data
* Project Management: Assist in planning and monitoring projects from concept to delivery
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders on project interests
* Decarbonisation and Future Mobility: Integrate green technologies and sustainable planning
* Policy Development: Contribute to transportation policies from national to local levels
* Innovation and Research: Stay updated with industry trends
* Impact Assessment: Evaluate project impacts
Liveable Places
Work on a range of projects from idea to construction across the UK, including the Regional Transport Strategy for the West of England and Gloucestershire cycle and walking network. A graduate in this team may work on parking projects and develop skills in data analysis, CAD, stakeholder engagement, GIS and parking legislation, from initial site visits to consultation and implementation.

Strategic Modelling
Transport Modelling covers Strategic Modelling, Micro-simulation, Public Transport Modelling and Pedestrian Modelling. Models assess transport interventions and their effects on mode choice, routes and destinations.
* Outputs used to assess impacts on the environment, new developments, traffic and funding business cases
Graduate Development Programme
Two-year programme designed to support personal and professional development through blended learning, core business and professional skills training, networking, mentoring and on-the-job experience. You will be supported to pursue chartered status with relevant professional bodies.
What we will be looking for
You should have graduated with at least a 2:1 in a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject. You will typically start in April or September 2026 and should demonstrate:
* Passion for planning and consulting
* Interest in built environment, infrastructure, places and economy
* Ability to handle and interpret data and understand transport models and GIS
* Creativity and problem-solving drive
* Desire to contribute ideas and make an impact
