Role

Graduate Sales Development Representative — primary responsibility is to generate and qualify leads and identify prospects with genuine interest in our robotic technology. This role supports the sales pipeline and drives growth. This role will involve onsite work at least 1–2 days per week in our Wallingford office. Fluency in an additional European language is highly advantageous.


Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough research to identify and scope market opportunities and potential leads.
* Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, schedule meetings and demonstrations of our software.
* Maintain corporate LinkedIn accounts and Hubspot CRM to manage leads and opportunities.
* Keep updated research on industry trends; monitor competitors and movements within the logistics space.
* Keep the Sales team updated with research, insights from calls and conversations, and provide feedback on the sales process.
* Collaborate with the Sales team to develop well-targeted leads aligned with the overall sales strategy.


Qualifications

* Proactive in generating new leads through trends on social media, news, tech publications, referrals, and networking.
* Strong intuition for identifying prospects, initiating contact, and gaining initial introductions/qualifications.
* Experience creating and updating spreadsheets and presentations.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with hands-on problem-solving ability.
* Comfortable in the dynamics of a small, fast-growing business.
