I am seeking a chef de partie for a nice hospitality kitchen in the West End, this business and Industry site is looking for a Chef de partie to work with the Head & Sous chef chef to create everything from fine dining, to canapes as well as working lunches and events. Ideally you will have good experience in a similar kitchen and hospitality knwo how. You will be involed in menu planning with the team to produce great food.
This chef de partie can either have a fine dining restaurant experience or also Corporate catering experience, this small team will help develop and work with this chef de partie to help them move to the next steps in the future. This contract catering company is a market leader in there field and are always looking fro chefs who want to learn and develop.
