Overview

Salary – £28000 plus Commission/ bonus-(Sent once engaged on the role)

Working times are Monday – Thursday 0830-1730, Friday – 0830-1700

The role and requirements

1. Must have a background in client facing sales preferably telesales
2. Prior experience in Finance sector especially coming from a Finance Broker is highly desirable
3. The primary responsibilities of the role are to: Build and nurture client relationships through various channels like telesales social media trade events and networking
4. Offer finance solutions by presenting a range of products such as asset finance commercial loans invoice finance and property finance
5. Conduct effective analysis of financial requirements and relevant documentation
6. Develop a full understanding of your clients’ requirements
7. Prepare proposal documents and compile persuasive applications
8. A high performing Account Manager will: Conduct background research on prospects prior to engaging
9. Maintain a high level of professionalism in all forms of communication
10. Continuously enhance knowledge and skills
11. Remain vigilant against fraud and money laundering risks promptly reporting any concerns
12. Adhere to the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in all interactions
13. Support fellow Account Managers and contribute expertise and best practices to the wider team
14. Team of 8 – Flexible, collaborative, and encouraging. Looking to expand and opportunities to progress to managing a team
15. Looking for a candidate who is hardworking, proactive, puts in 100% output and generally wants to thrive in a growing team
