Previous experience managing a customer service or sales team.
Strong sales and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational abilities.
The ability to analyse performance and drive continuous improvement.
An interest in technical or automotive products would be advantageous, but not essential.

What’s in It for You
Salary £35,000 – £40,000 per year
Monday to Friday - 9:00am – 5:30pm
