Hours: 39 (Part Time hours available)
Salary: £12.95 to £12.95 per Hour
Overview of the Role
We welcome applicants from various backgrounds. The role involves shift work and weekends on a rota basis. Training and mentorship will be provided. If you need more flexibility, we offer a number of flexible positions.
Key Duties
* Providing personal care – bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding support.
* Medication administration.
* Assisting and engaging residents in daily activities, hobbies, outings.
* Following care plan guidance alongside company policies and procedures.
* Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents.
* Maintaining written daily records.
* Attending and completing training as required.

Being patient, reliable, flexible, a team player, and a good communicator are key characteristics of a successful Night Social Care Worker.
