Are you passionate about providing safe, secure, and well-managed supported accommodation? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Officer to lead on rents, repairs, health & safety, and data collection.
This is a vital role in ensuring our accommodation meets the highest standards while supporting residents to live safely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage rent accounts and service charges, ensuring accuracy and supporting residents with tenancy-related queries.
* Coordinate day-to-day and planned repairs, working closely with contractors and support staff. Lead on health & safety compliance, including fire safety, risk assessments, and property inspections.
* Collect, analyse, and report on key data to support service monitoring, performance improvement, and compliance.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous service development.
* Collaborate with support teams to ensure housing standards meet the needs of vulnerable residents.
About You:
* Some understanding of health & safety legislation and property compliance.
* Confident in collecting, managing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive, resident-focused approach to service delivery.
