We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join a leading developer. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a major residential development project that will shape the future of this community in East London. This is a long-term project, with an estimated duration of 10 years. The development includes approximately 2000 apartments in total with a number of commercial amenities. As an assistant site manager, your focus will be on both the internal fit out of residential units, managing the snagging and desnagging of a block whilst finishing off the concierge. As an assistant site manager some of your duties will include: * Taking 40-50 apartments from second fix/ snagging to handover * Managing the trades in your block * Reporting into the site & senior site manager * Strong communicator, building good team rapport * Ensuring H&S and the programme is being followed * Driving the project on when needed * Using fieldview To be considered for this role you must: * Come from a trade or degree background * Have experience taking units from first or second fix to handover * Driven, can do attitude * Working for a developer to tier one main contractor is highly beneficial This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the best developers in the UK and develop your own career as an assistant site manager with potential for the role to carry on after 6 months.
