JDR is recruiting for several Production Operative to work in a large manufacturing site in Tiverton.
The role:
* Operating machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
* Ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications.
* Packing and labelling finished goods for distribution.
* Performing routine inspections to ensure the production process runs smoothly.
* Reporting any issues or faults to the supervisor or manager.
* Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
* Following health and safety guidelines at all times.
* Meeting production targets and deadlines.
About you: As a Production Operative you will have the following skills and experience:
1. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential).
2. Start immediately and are looking for long term work
3. You will be able to travel to Tiverton
4. Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
5. Ability to follow instructions accurately.
6. Reliable and punctual.
7. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
