£27,456 - £43,014 per year | Full Time, Permanent | 40 hours per week
Leader Group is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a passionate and committed English Teacher to join a supportive specialist team in Coundon. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to make a meaningful difference to students with SEND, including SEMH and ASD, by helping them achieve their full potential.
The Role
As an English Teacher, You Will
* Plan, deliver, and assess inspiring English lessons at KS3 and KS4.
* Support students' progress through a personalised, inclusive curriculum.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum content and engaging learning resources.
* Create a safe, supportive learning environment that promotes positive behaviour and achievement.
About You
* Has a genuine passion for supporting students with SEND.
* Brings experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 levels.
* Holds QTS/QTLS (preferred but not essential).
* Can engage, motivate, and inspire learners to reach their full potential.
