An established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor (NQ–2 years PQE) to join its growing Employment team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to develop their career within a supportive, partner-led team, working on a varied and high-quality employment law caseload for both employers and senior individuals.
The Role
* Advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
* Drafting and advising on employment contracts, policies and procedures
* Supporting on employment tribunal claims and settlement agreements
* Assisting with TUPE, redundancies and restructures
* Working closely with experienced partners and senior solicitors on complex matters
The Candidate
* Qualified solicitor or up to 2 years’ PQE in Employment law
* Strong technical grounding and genuine interest in employment law
* Good drafting, communication and client-handling skills
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
