Driver Hire Edinburgh West – Class 1 (C+E) Drivers Wanted

Pay: £15.00 p/h

Are you a qualified HGV Class 1 driver looking for flexible work without the commitment of a full-time schedule? We’re currently recruiting reliable, safety-conscious, and professional drivers to join our team for ad hoc assignments across West Lothian and surrounding areas.

What We’re Looking For:
4. A valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
5. A valid CPC certification and Digital Tachograph Card
6. Minimum 1 year’s Class 1 driving experience – essential
7. No more than 6 penalty points (for minor offences only) and no IN, DD, DR, or CD endorsements
8. Strong communication and customer service skills
9. A solid understanding of driver hours and regulations
10. A flexible and professional approach to work
Typical Duties May Include:
11. Trunking and long-distance deliveries
12. A-B vehicle movements and general haulage
13. Trailer swaps and collections
14. Loading/unloading where required
15. Conducting thorough vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with safety standards
