R30 000 - R35 000 CTC, based on experienceMinimum Requirements:
1. Matric
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Conveyancing Secretary
3. Solid working knowledge of home loan mortgage bonds (minimum 2 banks)
4. Willingness to learn and work with additional banks
5. Strong administrative and organisational skills
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Key Responsibilities:
7. Attending to bond registrations for major banks
8. Managing the full bond registration process
9. Handling deceased estate transfers
10. Liaising with banks, clients, and relevant stakeholders
11. Ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures and timelines
