Title: National Account Executive (Online Accounts)

We are looking for a National Account Executive to work alongside the Senior National Account Manager to manage fast growing online accounts and support with the administrative management of larger customers including Boots and Amazon.
This could be a great opportunity for an ambitious and capable National Account Assistant looking for the next challenge to step up and manage online accounts, whilst gaining exposure to bigger customers.
The individual will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of 3 online retailers and will be heavily involved in supporting the wider team in the completion of essential business admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities
·Prepare and collate weekly sales reports, conducting thorough analysis to spot any key trends or drivers.
·Ensure all new lines are launched on time – working closely with commercial and supply chain teams to deliver a successful launch.
·Set up and monitor all promotional campaigns and offers, providing recommendations and suggestions to maximise growth for the future.
·Support the Senior National Account Manager with retail and net sales forecasting across online accounts, assisting in driving profitability and achievement of targets.
·Achieve the desired business results by executing the key KPI’s set by the business (retail, sell through, etc)
·Monitor and evaluate brand presence in all channels of the account.
·Ensure promotions/initiatives are being executed to plans (counter, self-select and on-line).
·Develop a strong internal network with key departments to ensure plans are delivered on time and in full.
·Establish and manage strong commercial relationships with the account(s) as well as champion other department relationships with the customer to grow total Elizabeth Arden business.
Candidate profile:
A proactive and results driven person with the ability to manage multiple tasks with ease. High commercial acumen. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written skills, with some solid foundations in excel and other Microsoft packages.
Technical skills:
Highly numerate – strong analytically and a high level of computer literacy, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications/ experience:
Education to degree level. An experienced sales person with a proven track record in the fragrance/cosmetics industry and /or health and beauty or FMCG at National Account Assistant level.
