Our client, a leading real estate advisor specialising in science & technology, sustainability, and modern living solutions, is seeking an experienced Partner to join their Rural team in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified rural practice professional to manage a portfolio of private estate clients and contribute to the evolution of the departments business plan.
Position Overview
As a Partner in the Rural team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of management and professional instructions for Private Estate clients, developing long-term relationships, and ensuring client requirements are met within agreed timescales.
Responsibilities
* Manage portfolio of private estate management instructions
* Develop long-term relationships with Private Estate clients
* Contribute to evolution of departments business plan
* Project manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery
* Develop contacts and business associations in region
* Maintain regular client contact to sustain relationships
* Continuously improve client relationship management and service
* Contribute to development of Division, including promotion
* Identify cross-selling opportunities for other divisions
* Lead Private Estates team in efficient service delivery
* Maintain understanding of other teams and services
* Support strategies for sharing clients across divisions
* Advise Divisional Board on professional matters
* Manage, mentor, and motivate direct reports
Requirements
* Qualified in rural practice with extensive experience
* Specialist in managing rural estates for Private clients
* Strong intellect and leadership and management experience
* Excellent team player with creative and innovative approach
* Consultative and collaborative with potential for growth
