What's the Role?
As a Supervisor at The Cricketers, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager and Management team in the daily operations of our bar. This position is aimed at individuals who share our passion for delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing our guests' experiences.
Weekend and evening availability is a must—when the magic happens!
Responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with the General Manager to develop and maintain high standards of service and beverage quality.
* Assist in managing bar staff, including training sessions and incentives.
* Ensure efficient bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
* Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for our bar team.
* Oversee and participate in the preparation of cocktails and beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
* Contribute to the development of new cocktail recipes and beverage offerings.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role.
* Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
* Strong knowledge of mixology, bar operations, and beverage service.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of beverage cost control and inventory management.
* A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Essential Information
Job type: permanent / full time
Hourly wage dependent on experience: £13-£13.50
Scheduling Requirements
* Every weekend, night shift, weekend availability
* Ability to commute / relocate, the job is in Pontcanna so you need to be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
