Project Manager - Insurance Broker Model
Duration: 6-Month Contract (potential for extension)
Location: Remote-first with occasional travel to Bracknell & Victoria
Our leading retail-backed financial services client is launching a brand-new insurance broker model — and theyre looking for a Project Manager to lead the Proposition workstream of this high-impact initiative.
This is a first-time launch for the business, so they need someone who’s done it before — someone who understands what it takes to build a broker model from the ground up and bring it to market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of a new insurance broker proposition (Home & Car)
* Oversee product, pricing, marketing, and customer journey strategy
* Manage relationships with a panel of insurers and key third parties
* Collaborate with a leading insurance software provider (CDL experience highly desirable)
* Drive delivery across multiple workstreams and ensure go-live readiness
Ideal Candidate:
* Has launched an insurance broker model in a previous role
* Deep understanding of insurance propositions and market competitiveness
* Strong stakeholder and delivery management skills
* Experience working with or alongside CDL is a big plus
* Senior-level delivery expertise (Programme-level scope)
