Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Telford. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for cost control, managing costs, planning costs, and reporting costs. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring project budgets, conducting cost analysis, preparing valuations, and managing labour payments. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
* Skilled in handling Cost Reporting
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and on-site/in the office
* Experience in the construction or drylining industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
