The agency partners with a mix of retail, fashion, lifestyle and FMCG brands, delivering creative integrated campaigns that span brand, design, events and retail rollouts. About the role…
As a Account Director, you’ll be a senior client partner, leading relationships and overseeing the delivery of creative, integrated campaigns from brief through to execution. You’ll take ownership of key accounts, leading retail rollout and POS from initial brief to final delivery.
What you’ll be doing day to day…
• Leading and developing senior client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic partner
• Overseeing the delivery of creative campaigns across brand, design, retail rollouts and POS
• Ensuring work is delivered on brief, on time and on budget, with a strong commercial focus
• Lead performance reviews and provide structured feedback within Client Services
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver high quality creative output
• Supporting wider agency initiatives including pitch work and strategic planning

This role would suit an Account Director who thrives in an agency environment, enjoys working on creative campaigns, and is confident leading both clients and internal teams across integrated work.
What we’re looking for…
• Proven experience as an Account Director within a creative agency
• Strong experience delivering retail rollouts and POS from initial brief to execution
• Confident managing multiple accounts, projects and stakeholders
• Commercially minded, with a track record of growing client relationships
• Leading junior members of the team to deliver campaigns on time and to budget
• A clear, confident communicator who builds long term partnerships
• Open to global travel to support client projects
