Applications are invited for a Postdoctoral Research Assistant in Ocean and Climate Dynamics (Heat Uptake). The post is available for up to 3 years.
This project will focus on the understanding of patterns of ocean heat content (OHC) changes, using new observations and estimates of OHC, and conceptual models. The successful candidate will join the Climate & Ocean Physics Group led by Prof Zanna as part of the NERC-funded TICTOC (Transient tracer-based Investigation of Circulation and Thermal Ocean Change) project coordinated by Dr. Elaine McDonagh (NOC). The TICTOC team includes six UK institutions and several international partners.
