Job Description:
Working Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday 8:45 – 17:15, and 9.00 am to 1.00 pm, 4 Saturdays per annum on a rota basis
Location: Boston Spa, Wetherby, Leeds
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 dependent upon experience
The Opportunity
Join our Administration team; we have a full-time permanent role available at our Head Office near Wetherby, West Yorkshire, a perfect location for anyone seeking to commute from the Leeds-Harrogate-York triangle.
You will work in our office in Boston Spa with the rest of the team, processing policy renewals, answering customer queries via email and telephone. Providing support for our customers and liaising with insurers to ensure policyholders understand their responsibilities and their insurance requirements.
We're looking for individuals with experience in customer service, experience in insurance is desirable but not required. You will receive full training on our systems and products with ongoing support and opportunities to obtain fully funded professional accreditation if desired.
What will your role look like?
* Preparing and issuing renewal invitations and quotations for existing and new clients
* Providing outstanding customer service to policyholders over the phone and via email
* Working within our team to ensure the best support is provided to clients
* Managing your workload to ensure client queries and renewal terms are issued in a timely fashion
Skills and experience we're looking for:
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess risks
* A keen eye for detail
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
* Knowledge of Microsoft packages and Outlook email systems
* Confident computer skills
