We are expanding our Design and Consultancy Team and seeking an Associate Director of Programme Management
The role will be responsible for leading the strategic development, delivery, and evaluation of capital programmes across the organisation. This includes overseeing programme governance, performance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership to ensure successful outcomes aligned with organisational goals. There is also a requirement for this post to lead on the development of a software platform to monitor and report on capital planned maintenance programmes of work.

Building Inspector
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £35,412 – £44,075 (Grade C) + Market Supplement pending
Contract: Permanent | Hybrid working (typically 1–2 days in the office)
We currently have opportunities for Building Inspectors, at a minimum Class 2 Building Inspector Registration is mandatory for this role.
