We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our teams. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate data processing, assisting with HR administration tasks, and maintaining employee records. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee records (contracts, personal files, leave records). Assist with onboarding of new hires Support managers with grievance, disciplinary and performance management cases Support recruitment activities Monitor absence recording, reports and carry out return to work meetings Help administer performance reviews, and training schedules Assist with HR reporting and compliance requirements Prepare and maintain HR-related correspondence and documentation Handle HR-related inquiries from employees Support ad hoc HR and payroll projects as needed.
