Your Role: Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN Assist the class teacher with planning, resources, and classroom management Implement individual learning plans and behaviour support strategies Help create a calm, nurturing classroom environment Work closely with the SENCO, teachers, parents, and outside professionals About You: Experience supporting children with SEN, ideally in a school setting Calm, patient, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills Confident in managing challenging behaviours in a positive, proactive way A team player with a genuine passion for supporting young people Relevant qualifications or training (e.g. Team Teach, Autism Awareness) are desirable but not essential Why Join Aspire People?
