SEMH Teacher

Salary Scale: £140 - £210 per day

About the Role:
A SEMH teacher working with students with special educational needs and mental health needs in schools play a vital role in creating inclusive and supportive learning environments, promoting the well-being and academic success of all students. Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEMH requirements.
* Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected.
* Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents to promote collaboration and student success.
* Implement behavior management strategies and provide pastoral support to students as needed.
* Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly to ensure continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience working with students with SEMH needs is desirable but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Resilience, patience, and a positive attitude.
* Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
