Desired Skills And Qualifications
* Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for driving-required roles, with a valid license)
* Eligibility to work in the US
* Successful completion of background check and pre-employment screenings
* Current Colorado or Compact RN license
* Current BLS certification (or within 90 days of hire)
* ACLS certification (or within 6 months)
* PALS or ENPC certification, TNCC, STABLE, and NRP (or within one year)
* Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred
* Two years’ hospital experience; one year ED or critical care experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement individualized care plans
* Practice decisive judgment and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
* Triage, evaluate, and document patient information accurately
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, handle patient transfer/discharge/referral
* Deliver patient/family education and psychosocial support
* Delegate responsibilities, mentor students and new staff
* Uphold high standards of ethics, safety, and confidentiality
* Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives
