We're looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our dynamic Talent Team on a
12-month Fixed Term Contract
, covering maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a business that's experiencing sustained growth, where your expertise will help shape the future of our talent strategy. In this role, you will manage the recruitment process for your designated business areas, from candidate attraction and sourcing to screening and onboarding. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, becoming a trusted advisor in recruiting industry-specific skills. By leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence, you will provide expert advice to hiring managers, ensuring informed and strategic hiring decisions. Your goal is to maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and deliver a top-tier recruitment experience for both hiring managers and prospective employees.

As a Talent Acquistion Business Partner, You Will
* Manage the 'end to end' recruiting cycle for your business area/s inclusive of candidate sourcing, attraction, screening and onboarding, ensuring that all roles are recruited within desired timescales.
* Partner with Hiring Managers in your business area/s to understand their resource requirements, offering strategic advice and guidance based on market intelligence and data to ensure effective and informed hiring decisions.
* Building a strong talent pipeline by becoming a specialist in the talent pool associated with your business area, utilising your growing network to attract and engage with the right candidates.
* Optimise the utilisation of best-in-class recruitment advertising and sourcing tools/software by adopting a proactive approach to engage with candidates.
* Be the primary contact for recruitment for your business area/s and facilitate all recruiting activity; ensuring hiring managers are following the right recruitment processes and adhering to best practice/legislation.
* Identify any areas in which the recruitment process could be developed or improved, including notifying the wider team of any identified risks and presenting possible solutions.
* Ensure consistency across advertising and wider social media activity, which is in keeping with the Dalcour Maclaren Employer Brand, promoting us an employer of choice.
* Act as first point of contact for the recruitment agencies associated with your business area and any other third-party suppliers on a day-to-day basis, managing communications and escalating any issues to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
* Undertake competitor market research and use external data insights to inform role profiling, skills shortages, geographical challenges and aid salary benchmarking to ensure we are always ahead of the curve.
* Assess and analyse the success of recruitment campaigns in order to better inform future decision making.
* Support the Head of Talent Acquisition on wider business workforce planning to deliver the best talent with maximum efficiency.
* Support on wider People Team projects, with input into strategic ideas and outputs.
* Participate in and support internal company groups and initiatives, in addition to presence at relevant external conferences and events, whilst always embracing DM's values and acting as an ambassador for the company.
* Maintain confidentiality at all times, and ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, contractual and organisational requirements and policies.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role.
* Proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, either from an internal talent acquisition role or an agency recruitment environment.
* Experience recruiting into 'hard to hire' senior level positions in specialist or technical disciplines.
* Strong ability to partner with stakeholders and provide strategic recruitment advice.
* Expertise in sourcing and engaging with candidates using various recruitment tools and networks.
* Confidence using video technology and operating in a people facing role, both internally and externally, acting as a brand ambassador for Dalcour Maclaren.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently and appropriately coach and challenge stakeholders.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market intelligence to share insights and propose recommendations.
* Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to independently prioritise workload.
* A positive, can-do attitude coupled with resilience and adaptability to change.
