The OT Cyber Risk Lead role involves implementing Diageo’s OT cyber security controls and providing support and guidance at the site. The role works closely with the site OT Lead, Governance, Engineering and Senior Management, the Global OT Cyber team, and serves as a point of contact for vendors and third parties. The OT Cyber Risk Lead offers inputs to site mitigation plans and provides local guidance on OT Cyber Security training plans and knowledge base. They support embedding Policies and Procedures at the site, participate in monitoring, auditing, and reporting to establish baselines, and aid with incident or business continuity management.
Key responsibilities include conducting OT Cyber Security Risk Assessments, creating prioritised mitigation plans for critical systems, and supporting the delivery of actions and tasks. They ensure physical security access of OT equipment in collaboration with the site OT Lead, assist with remedial plans, and help establish controlled locations for OT equipment installation. They actively support third-party contract management by integrating OT Cyber Security into contracts, service level agreements, auditing, and assessing Third Party Competence and Capability in OT Cyber Security.
In collaboration with the site OT Lead, the OT Cyber Risk Lead supports Secure Remote Access by reviewing logs, session recordings, and Management of Change adherence. They assist in moving vendors to the Secure Remote Access system and ensure local controls are in place for non-SRA access. They provide guidance to support teams and contribute to Continuous Threat Detection (CTD) and incident support, including processing malware scanning rules, assisting in alert investigations, and supporting vulnerability, patching, and remediation activities.
The role also involves reviewing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity for Cyber Security, participating in setting up Disaster Recovery Plans, supporting the testing of Backup and Disaster Recovery Plans with reporting, and updating Business Continuity Plans to include OT Cyber Security considerations.
