Provide administrative and PA support to the Branch Manager and team
Manage incoming calls and branch switchboard
Welcome customers and handle enquiries professionally
Process invoices, delivery notes, and documentation
Prepare quotations and delivery tickets
Maintain accurate filing systems and records
Update internal databases and support daily administration tasks
Support the sales team during events and trade shows
Carry out cashiering duties and liaise with Head Office
Provide general admin support across the branchWhat we're looking for:
Previous office or admin experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Proactive and professional approach
Ability to work independently and within a team
