The Bar Manager Role
* 1 year experience as Bar Manager role in a busy Bar or Restaurant
* Passionate about exceptional ingredients training and developing new team members
* Managing and exceeding guest expectations
* Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
* Be the face of the brand known for its’ warm welcome and guest care
* Responsible for a safe opening and closing of the restaurant
* Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
* Strong command of English language
* Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
* A passion for hospitality and your own development is a must
