Our client, is currently seeking a Streetworks Permit Coordinator to assist a local authority. This is a contract role for a short-term secondment of an initial 3 months, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to critical streetworks operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating streetworks permits in compliance with NRSWA regulations
Working closely with the Council to ensure smooth operations
Managing permit applications and ensuring timely processing
Collaborating with various stakeholders to provide local knowledge and support
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all permits and related activities
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Providing updates and reports on the status of permits and any issues encountered
Attending the office at least once a week to integrate with the team and systems
Job Requirements:
Experience in streetworks coordination and permit management
Knowledge of NRSWA regulations and compliance requirements
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for permit management
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
