The role
We’re looking for a passionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Theatre team. Putting patients first, you’ll be given time to care for each person as a unique individual.
Our Operating Theatres are busy and colleagues will rely on your support. Together, you’ll deliver the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment. You’ll be valued for your skills and expertise and given lots of opportunity to develop, because at Ramsay Health Care UK, we know our people are our most important asset.
Where you’ll be based
Located conveniently on the outskirts of Colchester, the hospital opened on this site in 1994, with plenty of free parking for patients. All of our Consultants undergo rigorous vetting procedures, ensuring only those who are qualified and experienced are granted practising privileges which are reviewed on a regular basis. Our consultants are supported by a team of highly experienced and friendly nursing staff who have your care and comfort as their highest priority. You also have the reassurance that a Resident Doctor is available 24 hours a day.
What you’ll bring with you
1. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
2. Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
3. Good written and verbal communication skills
4. Proven customer services skills
5. Be a highly motivated individual
6. Enjoy working in constantly and rapidly changing environments
7. Great communication skills
8. Flexible approach to your duties and your hours
