Are you a passionate and resilient Primary Teacher looking to make a genuine difference in a specialist setting based in Tewkesbury?
We are working with a warm and welcoming SEN school that support pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH) and a range of additional needs. The Role: Primary SEN Teacher - SEMH specialist Setting
Teaching a small class of primary-aged pupils with SEMH and additional needs
Delivering a creative, adaptable and engaging lessons tailored to individual learning styles
Supporting pupils who experience behavioural challenges or barriers to education
Working closely with a team to support EHCP outcomes
Building strong, trusting relationships to promote emotional regulation and positive behaviourThe ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
Experience working with SEN, SEMH, or alternative provision (PRU/AP) settings
Calm, patient, and emotionally resilient approach
Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
