The role of Group Resourcing Manager will be positioned to focus on the proactive management and planning for key areas of recruitment and resourcing across the Group business in the UK.
The holder will work closely with the HR delivery team to identify resourcing gaps, produce and implement workforce planning activities and spearhead recruitment campaigns. The Recruitment Coordinator will report directly into this position to support on the recruitment activity and process on all our vacancies.
The Resourcing Manager will also provide focus on our approach to recruitment including the management of our agencies, agreeing standardised TOBs, our process for direct advertising and the development of line managers in approach to selection to ensure we get it right first time.
This will be a proactive and vital role to the business, with a clear aim on mitigating level of agency spend, improving our time to hire and improving our employer attractiveness in conjunction with the HR delivery team. Regular reporting in respect of agency sp...
