Support the Senior Director in leading end-to-end finance operations across the business. This role focuses on service delivery, transformation, client management, and building a high-performing finance function.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery across P2P, O2C, A2R, FP&A, and Master Data, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and controls are met.
Drive standardisation, continuous improvement, automation, and digital finance initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Support transitions, migrations, and onboarding of new clients and services.
Act as senior client contact, managing relationships, escalations, performance reviews, and growth opportunities.
Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, margins, billing, and reporting.
Ensure strong risk, compliance, audit, and governance frameworks are in place.
Lead, develop, and plan teams, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
Support strategic planning, providing insight on market trends, technology, and future operating models.
Skills & Experience
Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA or equivalent)
Strong experience in Finance Operations
Proven leadership across multiple finance functions
Solid understanding of controls, governance, and compliance
Experience managing senior client relationships
