We are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to support the inclusion of identified children with additional educational needs as part of Middle School (KS3). We require a motivated and enthusiastic person who can work positively and effectively as part of a team and who can support individuals with complex barriers to learning. The successful candidate must have:
●Experience of working as part of a team
●Experience of working with children
●Good English and Maths skills
●Good ICT skills
●Excellent and effective communication skills
●Ability to work flexibly with a team and motivate students
●Demonstrate a positive attitude
●Motivation and resilience under pressure
